| Upon arrival, patient's state is evaluated. |
| In case patient's state is critical, a state-of-the-art ambulance
will be provided fully equipped with life savers and by by a critical Case Specialist. |
| In case patient's state is non-critical , he/she
will be escorted to restroom in a standard
